Official marks rule: Admin enters the final Theory and Practical marks from the franchise/academic record. The system calculates Total, percentage, grade and Pass/Fail according to the configured programme/subject rules. Online test scores are separate and are not automatically used as official marks.

The backend should retain exam, subject, marks, result and publication history. Official marks are controlled by MTCSM Admin. Online test scores remain separate. A published result should not be silently overwritten; corrections should use an authorised change/audit process.
